Den Frie is located in a sweet spot on the route and on the occasion there will be free admission all day.  \nCome and cheer\, hang out and toast to the city’s cycling life! \nWe look forward to welcoming you! \nAbout the Free\nDen Frie is an exhibition space for leading contemporary art rooted in a collective tradition. With roots in the cooperative movement’s community idea\, Den Frie has since its foundation in 1891 functioned as a living forum for free and experimental contemporary art. The zeitgeist has been challenged\, breakthroughs have been cultivated and countless artists have pushed the boundaries of how art can be unfolded and experienced with rebellious enthusiasm. Den Frie is housed in the iconic woodwork building opposite Østerport Station in Copenhagen.
