Bicycle race<\/h1>\n

On 13 June at 13-15, the City of Copenhagen and Copenhagen Sprint invite you to a free people’s bike race. At the people’s bike race, you will have the opportunity to cycle on the closed route in Copenhagen, before the elite riders will sprint for victory in the same streets a few hours later. So bring your children, friends\u202f<\/span>or colleagues\u202f<\/span>and have a unique cycling experience in Copenhagen.\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/p>\n

The Folkecykel race will start\u202f<\/span>\u202f<\/span>with a joint start at 1 p.m. at the\u202f<\/span>finish line on S\u00f8lvgade\u202f<\/span>by the National Gallery of Denmark. From 13-15 the route is open, where you can choose to cycle part of\u202f<\/span>the\u202f<\/span>route or the entire route of 10 km. You can both start at the group start at 1 pm or jump on the route where it suits you (See map of the route below). <\/p>\n

It is free and does not require registration to cycle to the people’s bike race – you just show up with your bike.<\/p>\n

During the people’s bike race, two different starts will be held, which will focus on diversity and seniors, among other things. They are both free to join, but require registration. Find the link to register in the program below. <\/p>\n

Program<\/b><\/p>\n

13.00:<\/b> <\/span>Joint start at the finish line on S\u00f8lvgade by the National Gallery of Denmark<\/p>\n

15.00:<\/b> <\/span>The Folkecykel race is over, but the cycling party continues in the festival in \u00d8stre Anl\u00e6g.<\/p>\n

Reach the finish line at \u00d8sterport:<\/b> <\/span>After the finish line, you can hop off at \u00d8sterport, where you can see the professional team buses, get face paint and a temporary bicycle tattoo, before the cycling party continues in \u00d8stre Anl\u00e6g.<\/p>\n

How to participate<\/b><\/p>\n

Everyone is welcome to cycle in the people’s bike race. It is free and requires no registration – you just show up with your bike. <\/p>\n

In the period from 13-15, the route is open and you can start whenever you want, but no later than 14.30. You can hop on and off the route at eight places in the city: <\/p>\n
