We can now unveil another big name to the start list, when Copenhagen Sprint is run in June. Jonathan Milan<\/span><\/span> from Lidl-Trek is confirmed to start – and he will be joined by several of the world’s strongest sprinters.<\/p>\n In just a few years, Jonathan Milan has developed into one of the most dominant sprinters in international cycling. With stage wins and points jerseys in both the Giro d’Italia and the Tour de France, he has made his mark at the very top. <\/p>\n Lidl-Trek goes all-in on Milan Sports Director Kim Andersen says:<\/p>\n “We have chosen to focus fully on the sprint and are building the team around Jonathan Milan. He is one of the world’s fastest riders, and we come with the ambition to win the Copenhagen Sprint.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n The flat route suits Milan perfectly, and the team expects to be able to deliver him in an optimal position going into the final.<\/p>\n \n Strong international field “<\/em>Jonathan Milan is one of the best sprinters in the world right now, and that’s exactly the type of riders we want to attract to Copenhagen Sprint.
