Become part of the food selection in the festival zone

Do you and your restaurant want to be part of the Copenhagen Sprint when Copenhagen Sprint transforms Copenhagen into a folk festival?

In connection with the bike race, we invite restaurateurs and food concepts to apply for a place in our festival zone in Østre Anlæg – located right at the finish line of the race. Here we bring together sports, music, city life and gastronomy in a two-day free festival with up to 20,000 guests over the weekend.

Location: Østre Anlæg (at Sølvgade), 2100 Copenhagen Ø
Opening hours (expected): Saturday 10:00 – 21:00 | Sunday 10:00–18:00

The festival site is designed for 5,000 guests at a time, and approx. 20,000 visitors are expected during the weekend.

Copenhagen Sprint is an annual World Tour cycling race starting in Roskilde and finishing in Copenhagen. The festival zone in Østre Anlæg is the race’s primary fan zone and gathering point.

Sustainability and food profile

Copenhagen Sprint wants a food market that reflects quality, responsibility and consideration for the climate and the environment. We therefore expect all participating food stalls to work actively with the following principles:

Ecology and raw materials

• Goal of a minimum of 90% organic

• All meat and dairy products must be organic

• The organic percentage is calculated overall based on your recipes
