On the occasion of Copenhagen Sprint, the Cultural Quarter invites you out into the sun and up on your bike. As something completely new, you will be guided on a bike tour through the neighborhood’s iconic streets, where every turn offers art, architecture and history.
Along the way, you can jump off the saddle and collect free experiences and discounts on the occasion of Copenhagen Sprint. You decide the pace yourself and can jump to and from the route, take a detour or turn around and drive the other way! If you roll past Thorvaldsens Museum, you can get the art between your fingers at a drawing workshop on the front steps. You can continue the tour with a discount on admission to the Museum of Copenhagen, and shortly before the finish you can enjoy well-deserved, historical snacks at the Danish Jewish Museum.
The Copenhagen Cultural Quarter is a network of 15 cultural institutions: The National Museum of Denmark, the Danish Architecture Center (DAC), the Danish Jewish Museum, the Museum of Copenhagen, Thorvaldsens Museum, Grundtvigsk Forum Vartov, Nikolaj Kunsthal, the Danish Parliament, the Copenhagen City Archives, Christiansborg Palace, the War Museum, the Royal Lapidarium, the Theatre Museum in the Court Theatre, Tivoli Gardens and Gammel Strand.
